Kids Space ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you submit the visit request or contact form, we collect the data you enter: your name, phone number, email (optional), preferred language, your child's age, the program you are interested in, preferred visit date and your message.
We collect this data for one purpose only: to respond to your request and organize your visit or answer your question.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not publish photos of children without explicit parental consent.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
- We collect only what we need — nothing more.
How long we keep data
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how this website is used — which pages are read and which ways of contacting us people choose. Advertising features are switched off.
Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). If you choose "Reject", or make no choice, Google Analytics works without cookies and without an identifier for your browser.
When you send a form, our server tells Google Analytics that a request was sent — only the type of form and the page language, never your name, phone number, email or message.
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
What this website stores in your browser:
_ga,_ga_…— Google Analytics cookies that tell visits apart. Up to 2 years. Set only after you accept.ks-cookie-consent(browser storage, not a cookie) — remembers your cookie choice. 6 months, then we ask again.lang— remembers the language you chose. 1 year.ks_ft— remembers which campaign or website first brought you here (for example "instagram"), so it can be added to your form request. It contains no personal data. 90 days.
Who else handles your request
Form submissions reach us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which processes them on our behalf only to deliver them. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Anti-spam protection
To protect our forms from abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes limited technical information (such as your IP address) to verify that the submission comes from a person. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to us at the email address on the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
