Why PLAYschool
At the wonderful age of 3–7, a child's universe expands dramatically: intensive socialization begins, along with a whirl of new social roles and positions — at first without reflection. Children adapt to the world of peers and adults and take their first steps in separating from their parents. On this path they need support, acceptance and psychological comfort.
Preschool age is also the time when children get to know the world around them through play. That is why we created PLAYschool.
Space is a place for living childhood to the fullest — and a supportive, nurturing atmosphere where independent life begins.
How classes are organized
Our preschool groups have at most 12 children. Two teachers work with each group — one adult per 5–6 children.
We know preschoolers need a gentle adaptation to a new environment, so a parent can stay in the space for as long as the child needs and the parent feels comfortable. And everything starts with a trial week.
What children do at PLAYschool
- English, and ART in English.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Role play and theatre.
- Free play.
- Creativity, clay modelling and a sensory environment.
- Music, dance and a craft workshop.
Beyond the classes, a lot more happens: daily walks and active games, walks and excursions, holidays and events for the whole family.
There is also the option of extra swimming, capoeira and robotics classes.
Is there something for parents?
We truly want PLAYschool to be a place friendly to everyone and part of family life — not some separate life with different rules. That is why parents are essential members of our community.
We give every family detailed feedback and are always open to dialogue. We also hold family festivals, fairs, breakfasts with parents, family hikes and other events.

- How do we join PLAYschool?
We enrol after an informal interview. There are no entrance tests — it matters to us that the family chooses us, not the other way around. You start with a trial week.
- From what age do you accept children?
Children usually join us at 4, once they manage most self-care skills. The program is designed for ages 3 to 7.
- What documents are needed to enrol?
A passport for the parent and a birth certificate for the child.
- What languages are classes held in?
Classes are held in Russian and English, including ART in English.
- How does adaptation work?
Gently: a parent can stay in the space for as long as the child needs and the parent feels comfortable. We start with a trial week and follow the child's pace.
